Annual membership is only $58/single, or $100 for a family (a) League fees vary depending on field size and level.
Sign up as an individual or a team. CIS will make sure everyone finds a team! With all levels of play available, everyone from beginner to the most advanced will feel they are in the right spot. Leagues are also divided into age and gender appropriate categories such as Men, Women, Coed and children.
